Returns
You can return products purchased from me within 14 days from receiving the package. To do this, inform me of your decision by sending a message to [email protected] and, after confirming that the return is possible within a given period, send the product to the address provided in the reply.
In rare situations, if I am unable to collect the return sent within 14 days, we will agree on an alternative date. The date of sending the email with the sent declaration will then determine whether the 14-day return period is met. The return will therefore be considered if the email was sent within 14 days and the package arrives within the agreed deadline.
Remember to attach a declaration of withdrawal from the purchase with the account number and a legible name and surname to the returned package or to the email informing about the return, so that I can make the return transfer. You can download the declaration from the UOKiK website: Withdrawal form from the contract. The returned goods must be complete and may not bear signs of use. If you return a product that does not meet these requirements, I will be forced to return it at your expense.
I will transfer the money for the returned goods no later than 14 days after receiving the package. The form of refund depends on the payment method selected when placing the order. If the order was paid for by instant transfer, I will make the refund in the same way. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
The costs of returning the goods to the Store are borne by the Customer. If the order was paid for but not collected, we will refund the value of the order less the cost of return shipping.
Product compliants
If the product you purchased is faulty, damaged or not in accordance with the order, I will be happy to help you solve this issue. Below is the complaint procedure:

- I will respond to your report as soon as possible and provide further instructions regarding the complaint.
- If the complaint is accepted, I will strive to resolve the problem in the way that is most beneficial to you. This may include exchanging the product for a new one, repairing it, refunding the money or other forms of compensation.
