The shop is operated by a single person running an “unregistered business” (a special Polish legal entity for small businesses that do not need to register a full fledged company yet). I have a regular full-time job, so the order processing may take up to 5 days. There may be also rare cases when I’m away (business trip, vacation) when the processing time can be longer – I’ll be informing customers here on the website and also through the email, if an order happens in such circumstances.
I start processing the order after I receive the payment. Once your entire order is complete, the package will be packed and handed over to the courier company. Delivery time depends on the selected carrier, type of shipment and recipient’s address. It usually takes up to 2 business days. If you have chosen to collect your order at the Paczkomat® InPost machine, the package will be at your chosen location within a few (usually up to 5) business days from the moment of shipment. You will receive a confirmation of the shipment of the package at your e-mail address, provided when placing the order.
