Description
Alcohol Ink Coaster Workshop at Skos Studio
Unleash your creativity and let the colors flow! Join us for a mesmerizing workshop where you will learn the art of alcohol ink painting to create a stunning set of unique, custom-designed coasters.
In this hands-on session, we dive into the vibrant world of fluid art. You will work with professional-grade Ranger Inks for deep, rich pigmentation, and use the famous Pinata Inks to add breathtaking gold, brass, or copper metallic accents that float and shimmer on the surface.
No artistic experience? No problem. The beauty of alcohol ink lies in its unpredictability and organic flow. We will guide you through the techniques of moving the ink with air to create wispy, ethereal effects or bold, abstract statements.
Customize Your Experience
You can tailor the workshop to your needs by selecting your preferred package from the options above:
- Quantity: Choose a set of 2 or 4 coasters.
- The Finish:
- Lacquer: A durable finish that combine quick drying with good heat resistance.
- Resin: A premium, glass-like top coat that adds significant depth.
Note: Depending on a resin you choose, it requires either UV curing during the workshop (this resin has the weakest heat resistance though) or ~10 days curing time. If you choose the latter option, your coasters must be left at the studio and picked up (or shipped) at a later date.
